Description
The North Shore Twins Fall Strength and Conditioning program is a comprehensive baseball performance training plan designed by certified strength and conditioning specialists with a focus on improving performance on the diamond, building confidence and learning safe lifting techniques. The program will consist of 60-minute sessions for ten players at a time that will take place at Inside Performance in North Vancouver. It will be run by two Twins coaches who have over 20 years in the personal training industry and will include:
- soft tissue work
- mobility
- plyometrics
- strength development
- muscle building
- power training
- arm care
- speed training
- conditioning
Athletes will be given the tools necessary to improve their speed, throwing velocity and exit velocity to better prepare them to play at the highest levels possible.
